Step 1

The Discovery Process

Our process begins with you. At Summerwind Homes, we believe in building truly custom homes. We want to get to know you and your family, taking the time to listen and discuss your needs and desires. We want to know the little details that make a house into a home in your eyes. what would make your home feel just right? Is it an open concept design, an inviting outdoor entertaining area or the added character of extra trim that makes your heart swoon?

Next Steps

Once we've gotten to know you and the needs of your and your family, our land acquisition team will work with you to identify the right building lot in the community that fits your needs.

Step 3

The Financing

After we've found the perfect lot, you can work with our preferred lender to obtain construction loan financing or choose one of our spec homes and close upon completion.

Step 4

The Design

Next, you can choose from one of our existing plans and customize to your liking OR work with a designer to create your dream home from scratch.

Step 5

The Finishes

Your new home consultant will work closely with you to make selections unique to your personal taste and within your budget requirements.

Step 6

The Little Things

We take care of obtaining all permits, surveys and architectural board approvals, build your home to your specifications and provide a one year home warranty!
